The LEAP Enterprise Appoints Janelle Millard as President

Alexandria, VA – September 2, 2025 – The LEAP Enterprise, a provider of leadership development programs, is pleased to announce the appointment of Janelle Millard as President. Ms. Millard brings extensive experience in leadership development and organizational transformation and will lead the company's strategic initiatives to expand its reach and impact in delivering transformative leadership experiences.

Prior to joining The LEAP Enterprise, she served as a key member of the leadership team at Transformation Systems Inc. (TSi). For the past 15 years, Ms. Millard has worked closely with Dr. Marta Wilson, who founded TSi and now serves as Founder and Chief Ambassador of The LEAP Enterprise. During this partnership, she has been instrumental in building the LEAP brand and translating organizational challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

Her LEAP-related contributions include the design and delivery of comprehensive learning experiences for LEAP training programs that have been adopted by federal agencies and empowered thousands of employees to enhance their leadership effectiveness. She spearheaded the development of the original LEAP app and is now leading the LEAP 2.0 initiative.

Ms. Millard managed the publication process for four leadership books, including one Amazon bestseller. She brings expertise in end-to-end management of professional development initiatives, from strategic conception to successful implementation. Ms. Millard also worked with Berenzweig Leonard Law, LLC to develop a licensing structure that enables organizations to expand LEAP's reach, with TSi currently serving as the first licensee of LEAP programs. Ms. Millard's unique position spanning both organizations since TSi's 2024 acquisition allows her to ensure continued alignment and collaboration between The LEAP Enterprise and TSi.
